SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Thank you for purchasing art from Born Art Creations. Your art was created with care and will be shipped and boxed with the same care. You will be notified by email of the shipping costs before the art is shipped. A large canvas can be especially expensive to ship, so knowing the cost will be helpful to you ahead of time. I will do my best to keep costs to a minimum. UPS or US Postal Service is my choice of shipping at this time. Once the item is shipped you will be sent tracking information via email.
If you live in the Cincinnati area, a meet-up to my studio or convenient place can be arranged to avoid those additional shipping costs.
Return and Refund Policy
Be especially careful when opening your boxed artwork so that it is not damaged upon opening. Inspect your art for any damage that might have occurred during shipping. If art is damaged, please take a picture and notify me as soon possible at Bornmau@gmail.com.
If art is damaged, you will receive a refund for art but not shipping. In some cases shipping the art back to me will not be necessary.
Hopefully, you selected your painting with careful consideration of size, color and the sense of feeling you wanted to evoke in the space where it is to be viewed. If you are dissatisfied ( I want a happy customer) please notify me for an exchange of a similar priced paintings.
If you are still unhappy, the painting can be returned for a full refund minus shipping. Return shipping will need to be paid for by the customer or arrangement made for pickup.
